Car Lease vs Buy Model/Decision

Anyone have a good lease vs buy model for a vehicle? Probably an easy build but I’m super lazy rn.

In general any thoughts on leasing vs buying in the current market? Friends tell me to lease as I can probably build equity if the value of my car is higher than the buyout price at the end of the lease. Others are saying buying is better value but better to buy at MSRP if you can as used car prices are inflated and it’s uncertain whether they’ll decrease in the short-term. For reference, I’m looking at either the C300 or E350
