Chinese Stonks
Thoughts? Will the CCP devour Tencent and Alibaba or are these businesses fundamentally undervalued. BABA trades at 13x price / fcf. Median is 22x and max is 51x. Company is growing top and bottom lines at 20%+. HF’s have been buying into BABA big so I’d listen to what they have to say in addition to the retail investors’ Chinese fearmongering. Everyone’s laughing at Munger for saying that Chinese companies will be worth way more in 10 years. I think he’s gonna have the last laugh on that one.
