Closing Dinner in a month, $15K Budget, 10-15 guests

Hello,

I have been put in charge of organizing a closing dinner NYC (midtown). The dinner is taking place in about a month, looking for a private room, budget is ~$15k, 10-15 guests. I do not work in NY or know the area all that well so any recommendations on the place that we would be able to book only a month ahead of time would be really appreciated.

Thanks!

Went there for the first time six months back, and ate so much steak I felt hungover for two days. It might seem a little mellow dramatic, but I haven't been able to eat steak since.

Clients love Outback Steakhouse. Best option in NYC.

I personally think Outback is great value.

"DetRustCohle" Alcohol. I'm in the Southeast, and one restaurant down here was charging $94 per GLASS for a bourbon that retails for $230 per BOTTLE. 1000% mark up. I imagine in NYC it must be much worse.

Time to find some BYOB restaurants!
