Compromising on Hours with Signifigant Other

I tried looking for a similar thread but couldn't find one. This is maybe targeted towards the older members of the forum. I have lived with my SO for about 2 years, always working maybe 60 hours a week and a couple on the weekend during that time. Recently it's becoming a problem for her. I want to make things work and attempt to compromise here. Just curious on how you all balance a serious relationship and your careers. I realize that the hours are not crazy relative to others here and that there are a lot of you who work longer and harder than me, just looking for some general advice. Thanks.
