Connecting with coworkers/manager in the beginning or the end of internship?

Our team is pretty small with about 10 to a dozen ppl.

They all got great experience and achievements (ex IB, PE, etc), they are essentially the ppl that I want to be eventually.

We just met for the first time (virtually), and I thought I should reach out to them on LinkedIn to connect as I believe network is part of the internship plus these connections can potentially open some doors in the future.

Ps: most of them are mid to late 20s, so there isn't much of a age gap.

The question is, should I do it now or wait till the end of the internship?

Just had my trade dispute rejected by Schwab for a loss of 35k. This single issue alone should be a gigantic red flag to anyone who trades on their platform. If they have a system error, and you do not video record your trading (they actually said this), they will not honour their fuck up. Switching everything away from them. Fuck this company.
