Consultancy / Thinktank / Research firm – Entrepreneurial Vision

Does anybody else’s mind just constantly look for problems or areas of improvement whether it be in a product or service you use, a geo political issue you constantly read / hear on the news, a policy that Washington is trying to push, whatever and just come up with ideas to enhance the product / service or resolve the issue?

I know we’re all pretty damn busy on this site but I’m trying to gather a few individuals that would enjoy meeting on some type of schedule via zoom (whether it be weekly, bi weekly, whatever we deem best within our schedules) to discuss issues each of has found in our everyday lives and ultimately write short 2 – 3 page write ups (or however we agree is best to draw in an audience and effectively cover the solution).

I plan to structure the group as a legal entity (likely LLC) and grant each member equity and a shared position in the entity. This way if this side hobby were to actually become something, we would be prepared to take on funds.

I’ll also be creating a website for the group as well where all of our agreed upon and mutually worked on findings will be posted in their final edition.

This will build our credibility, notoriety, and can be used by the members for future employment opportunities.

To start, I believe 5 individuals total would be ideal including myself so that leaves 4 open spots.

I’m looking for individuals who are genuinely intellectually curious, have good communication / soft skills, are team players, and have a strong honest value system.

I’m located in NYC so it’d be cool if all members were located here that way we could link on weekends every once in a while or link when necessary for the functioning of the group. I plan to start up a group text for us as well. Hmu
