Convicted stockbroker Jordan Belford gets $1 MM movie rights fee

Convicted swindler Jordan Belford of defunct brokerage Stratton Oakmont gets $1 MM for "Wolf of Wall Street" upcoming movie rights. He will be played by Leonardo DiCaprio.

Isn't he still paying $110m in restitution? I don't think he's going to be able to keep much of that money. I could be wrong however. If anyone knows please chime in.

Nevertheless I'm stoked for the movie to come out. I read it way back in high school and it's proven to be one of the most entertaining read of my life.
