The newly released stimulus bill also includes a section outlining the reincarnation and succession of the Dalai Lama. What in the heck? Democrats and Republicans went back-and-forth for months, just to also include something like that? Is the urgency to send money to working class Americans and small American businesses not prioritized over a monk?
