Corporate Finance Focus In College.. Without doing IB?

I'm currently a student at a top30 biz school that places a few in front office IB. I'm interested in Corporate Finance, but am not really interested in IB. Besides the usuals like Fortune 500, are there any other places I could go with my Corporate Finance focus/Finance major to make good $$$ and have good exit ops post-undergrad ( exit ops include going back to get top MBA.. just whats good work experience that actually leads to a good career if i don't jump into an MBA right away..)

Btw, if anyone can comment, whats F500 salaries like in NYC area for entry-level, and then after a few years experience?

Thanks, Mike
