Depends entirely what you plan on spending your money on as well as what your current credit history is. Will you spend a lot on restaurants? groceries? traveling? online shopping? gas? Also, is this your first card?

Reddit and other sites have the best up to date information about this. For me, the Chase Sapphire Reserve + Freedom Unlimited combo works best, it was the most commonly recommended cc strategy. There probably is a better combination now, maybe a cashback option that's 2%+ (Citi Double Cash).
