Datasite and Intralinks now both suck
Datasite has always been really buggy and now DealCentre ruined Intralinks. Firmex is now my favorite (unfortunately) but heard DFIN might be good as well - anyone have experience with it or have other suggestions?
Based on the most helpful WSO content, Caplinked seems to be a strong alternative to Datasite and Intralinks, especially for mid-market deals. It offers robust functionality, competitive pricing, and user-friendly features like drag-and-drop uploading, error-free permission settings, and an activity dashboard. Caplinked has been highlighted as a preferred choice for boutique firms and larger institutions alike, making it a viable option if you're looking for alternatives.
If you're considering DFIN, there isn't specific feedback in the WSO dataset provided, but exploring demos or reviews for DFIN might help you evaluate its suitability. Additionally, Firmex, which you mentioned as a favorite, is known for its reliability and could remain a solid choice depending on your needs.
