I think most of these questions can be answered on google. You'll get a raise in base every year, you'll get promoted in terms of title every 3-4 years as long as you dont suck and everyone knows you can put your meals and anything work related on the corporate card, if really not sure just ask your teams admin.for staffing, just ask your staffer and let him know you are interested in working on "xyz projects" but really depends if the MD likes you. In terms of travel, I personally ask my MD if I can join him to a conference or something I find interesting. I've done it twice and both times got a yes. Free first class travel lol so definitely ask for that as long as you are in good standing

 

On the promotion front I would stick to asking only around annual reviews or in the case of huge turnover or other significant events. I believe the best approach is to ask what the path is to the next title or responsibility set and have them lay that out for you. Once you’ve hit those metrics go back and remind them. If you haven’t hit those metrics I wouldn’t keep following up.
