Digital /financial minimalism

Hey guys, so how do you guys practice digital minimalism? I’ve been trying to clean up my digital life and try to get down to simplicity. Also how do you guys practice financial minimalism? I’ve been exiting my illiquid investments and focusing more on long hold ETFs.
