Based on the most helpful WSO content, there is no mention of MBA programs, including UNC, conducting drug tests for admitted students. Generally, MBA programs do not drug test their incoming students. However, if you are pursuing internships or full-time roles through on-campus recruiting, some employers may require drug testing as part of their hiring process. It’s always a good idea to stay informed about specific employer requirements during recruitment.

When did you find out you were admitted?

From my knowledge, no. But for internships and full-time, they might. Drug use is pretty common in B school so if you do use, be wary around recruiting processes.

NY and CA are cool with 420 tho right?

Genuinely one of the funnier questions I've seen someone innocently ask on OT in a while. No bud, you're fine. They couldn't care less about you going so far as smoking crack in your apartment so long as you're making tuition payments and not committing crimes on campus. Enjoy your edibles worry free good sir.
