Do you feel like always being behind/not doing enough?

Do you feel like you are always not doing enough despite trying your best? Like other people around you seem to figure out things a lot faster/make right decisions whilst you feel like you are constantly catching up?

Also do you feel like you are a few years "behind" what you should be doing, i.e. having thoughts similar to: "why haven't I thought about this a year a go" and end up missing out on all of the opportunities?

Everyone has their own path. Sometimes you get your AHA moments exactly when you need them. Plus, feeling that way can keep you humble and that’ll work to your advantage.

I think it’s human nature to do this. But if you stop and think about this you are engaging in a selective bias where you only process info from people who are doing better than you. You’re in IB, there are people in your college cohort that didn’t break in, but you don’t focus on that. You would have had people in your hs cohort who didn’t get in to your school, but you don’t focus on that. Really speaking there are people better than you and worse so it’s inaccurate to feel the way you do.

Also, if you haven’t already unfollow everyone on LinkedIn/FB, etc. Those sites seem to be friends and extended friends just bragging all the time.
