Haven't been since I was a kid, I remember liking it then but obv far different as an adult. I imagine its pretty awesome, the Asian population means the culture there is actually good (unlike most western dev markets like US / Canada / France / etc), you have top finance firms there, food there is awesome, and it's very close to many awesome Asian countries & middle east

Put another way -- If I wasn't committed to the US (work, gf, fam, friends), the two other places I'd consider are London and Singapore. Singapore would be the #2 option honestly after US. Who knows, maybe one day

On the other hand, much cleaner and safer than all the western cities, much more diverse options for travel than you'd have in the US, agree on the humidity though.

Sure but again then other things come into play - what do you do in a concrete urban modern jungle.  There are no mountains. There are no blue waters.
