For the past 3 years or so, I have increased the amount of protein I eat. I don't eat meat but I do eat lots of protein bars and shakes. The soy substitutes can be hit or miss. The ones that are super high in protein are rough on the stomach. Not too long ago, I starting eating edamamee as a snack. This stuff is very high in protein and other nutrients and has not had a negative impact on my stomach.
