Excel - is it possible to show output from multiple scenarios simultaneously
I have build an excel model, with an upside, downside and base case. I can switch between the cases using a drop down menu. I was wondering is it possible to show the final output (equity value) of the different scenarios simulteously? Cause at the moment I can only manage to see the value of the case selected.

Just make another sheet and copy paste the values on the other sheet showing all three scenarios.
X cell = if (current case = X case, current case’s equity value, else reference X cell)
This will make X cell equal itself, and only change when current case = X case
So you’d end up with N cells for N cases.
This. Then run a data table on the case list so you can refresh the output without cycling through all the cases manually.

Maybe I’m misunderstanding the question but couldn’t you do a one-variable sensitivity table?
yea, you do a data table on the same tab where the case switch is. and you pull in the Equity value (or whatever other variable you want to see). i've done this many times
Yeah same, we do them all the time in corporate along with 2-variable tables. We like them in presentations, very easy to read and understand.
Will note to make sure that formulas recalculate manually or automatically w/o data tables because they can really slow down the sheet.

Curious on the Corp side if you have any excel plug ins? like Macabacus, CapIQ, etc?
