Facebook Account Disabled - How to Fix It

I have done a a lot of Googling about how to fix this issue but nothing has worked.   I know that Facebook is trash for personal use but I also use it for business to some extent.  Here is what happened during the day yesterday and today.

1. I had trouble logging into FB and requested password reset a couple of times

2. After it was disabled, on a few occasions, I was directed to a page that said inappropriate content of a sexual nature was on one of my pages, which is why I am thinking may be the account was hacked.

3. Today, my business email was hacked.  This has been fixed.  I changed the password and I am no longer getting these return to sender emails every 30 seconds.

4. I made one sarcastic comment on Facebook yesterday.  May be this violated some weird bullying rule.

Any thoughts other than to stop using FB...

The account is still disabled.  In the long run, it might be a good thing that the account was disabled.  The business leads were very weak despite a very high ranking on Google.  I am not entirely sure why but may be people do not trust Facebook.   When people find my websites directly, the leads are much stronger.

I had issues with LinkedIn support for years and was locked out. I had an old email on there and to unlock the account I had to scan an ID, but it wasn’t working. There was very little customer service.
