I will be an IB SA at a BB and have facial hair. I have a clean, mature look. With a well-kept mustache and a goatee. Similar look to Michael B. Jordan. The problem is that I have a young face and my facial hair adds at least 5 years. I know l would get comments on how young I look, considering I will also be a 19 y/o senior in college. Thinking about just keeping my mustache. What are facial hair norms in investment banking and any recommendations?
