Your brother being a s**t head and getting away with it somehow translates to you being treated unfairly? Sounds like you work hard and it's paid off but you're pissy because you had to work for it. Be happy with your accomplishments, go see a therapist instead of posting on WSO and get on with your life. Miserable people like your brother will do everything they can to pull everyone else down to their level, and you're letting him do just that.
Many lessons from the Bible on this (this story is as old as time), but don't be consumed with jealousy or hate. Your parents' home and property and money are theirs and theirs to do with whatever they want. With your hard work and parents’ help, you’ve been given the opportunity to carveout an honest and lucrative living. Be grateful. Absolutely nothing good will come of you stewing in rage and bitterness. Your brother sounds like a total douche--and if he is one, he’s not going to care that your bitterness is destroying your life. Let it go. Move on with your life. And if things are as toxic at home as you've said, limit your visits and communication with your parents. Build a new family and move on.

Step 2: Call cops anonymously claiming a guy with his license plate is on the road swerving all over the place.

Step 4: Enjoy beachhouse for at least next 5 years

Seriously though, you can’t change your brother and nothing you say will get to him, but he’s getting to you. I can somewhat understand your frustration, one of my uncles is kinda like that, he’s the eldest and leeches off his younger brothers. Can’t do much about it though. All you can do is build the best life you can for yourself, be independent and be a better man than him. Don’t let your feelings toward your brother consume you, more often then not it leads to nothing good.

Great point and I was about to mention this too. OP's brother is positioning himself to swindle most of OP's inheritance and claim the property for himself. I've heard it about it happen with other relatives in my family.
