We typically have the loser do some sort of outdated tik tok trend with a charitable bent (e.g., doing the ice bucket challenge today).
1st place gets lunch bought by last place. For higher stakes (IB bullpen), go lunch for a week.
Can make them take the SAT and get a minimum score so they don’t fill out B for the whole test
Loser has to finish a half marathon, no time cutoff.
