Good call on making a fantasy questions thread.
My suggestion is Aaron Rodgers. Barely beats out Rivers though. Chicago secondary is weak and is easy for Rodgers to throw on.
Rodgers. The Bears have no pass rush and the Green Bay line has been much better recently, which was the main weakness Rodgers had to begin with.
