Tried office chairs ranging from the cheap $40 Amazon swivel chairs to HM and Steelcase. No matter what, after a few hours, they get uncomfortable. I work out regularly so lack of activity shouldn't be that much of a problem.
What chair do you like/use/find comfortable?

I know you said you tried steelcase, but I find them very comfortable and even bought one for WFH.
Herman Miller is the other “elite” chair brand but if you didn’t like steelcase, I would definitely test it out before you buy.

Herman Miller. Aeron is my personal favorite, but I'm sure their other chairs are of equal quality.
