Favorite Salad Chain
Seen a couple random threads on meals/eating and wanted to add this one - what is your go-to salad chain for lunch or dinner when you're trying to eat clean and what do you order?
I normally go for a hot, build your own at Roast Kitchen w/ spinach, rice, roasted vegetables, salmon, and Moroccan sauce.
Dig Inn is also a solid alternative for me.
In-N-Out Burger.
My favorite salad chain is the local one that serves the best tacos.

Yup, sweetgreen>chopt>Just salad>fresh & co. I eat sweetgreen like 4 or 5 times a week.
Mexican Chicken Caesar Salad for the win

Just Salad is pretty solid, I'm a big fan of Dig Inn and Chop't as well.
Fogo De Chao. The salad bar is solid and the meat ain't bad.
This is the reason I won't take my wife to Plataforma. She gets excited for the salad bar, and I get mad I shell-out $90 bucks for all you can eat meat for $5 worth of lettuce.
Sounds about right! Do they not have a salad bar only option?

There are a lot of those "make your own salad" places that seem to be super popular: Just Salad, Chop't, Fresh & Co, even the random cafe/deli's have them
I usually do one of the pre-ordered (think steakhouse, cobb, or Sante Fe), but went to a place today that was purely customized. Have a couple of ingredients I generally like, but ordered them together and it's a bit... unusual.
Today: Shrimp Mozzarella Broccoli Celery Zucchini Edamame Cilantro dressing
What are some of your favorite salad combos?

Sweetgreen wins every time.
I prefer a summer salad with an farmer's bed of fresh cut mixed greens, honey-toasted and candied walnuts, Michigan dried cranberries, and free-range goat cheese with a bevy of crunchy apples (for texture and flare), tossed in a seasonal honey white dressing.

Romaine Grilled chicken Black beans Roasted red peppers Roasted sweet potato bits Mozzarella / parmesan Croutons (sue me) Light Caesar

Burrito bowl/salad hybrid: quinoa, corn, black beans, sweet potato, spinach, mozzarella and hummus. If I'm feeling adventurous I'll throw in some grilled chicken breast.
Mediterranean Bowl at Freshii. Yum. Freshii is a healthy eating resto in Vancouver with locations across Canada. Don't know if they've expanded in the US!

There's a guy from West Virginia in my office that only eats Sweetgreen. If that's possible, they must be the best.
How he escaped that wretched hell hole of a state is what I'd like to know...
Being first in his family to go to college helped.
I thought Sweetgreen was ok until I started going to Sweet Leaf, a Mid-Atlantic-ish chain. Now I find Sweetgreen to be utter garbage (by comparison).
Sweetgreen but the Honeygrow Cobb salad is straight fire.
I don't really gain weight so I eat whatever I want, that does not include salads.
