Financial Planning/Retirement

Hi all,

I am currently 22 working in finance in NY making a starting salary of 100-110,000 + a bonus. I have been given the option to contribute to a Roth 401k or a Traditional 401k. I get the same matching benefits from my employer for both. Was just hoping for some advice on which I should be contributing to. Thank you in advance.
