Fitness/Working Out in IB

hey all, just wanted to hear how often you’re able to go to the gym. how many days a week do you lift on average? additionally, do you find it easier to lift in the morning before coming to work or very late at night when you get off? Also curious to see if any other bankers come from a bodybuilding/powerlifting background and how you were able to adapt to banking lifestyle where your physical health is obviously going to take a tremendous hit. any insight is appreciated!
