Focusing in the SHIT office chairs

As were all having to make our ways back into the office, I was hoping some others could sympathize/share advice on staying focused when were having to work in the shitty uncomfortable office setups in the office. I cant stand the chairs in my office, and sitting in them is so uncomfortable I just cant focus.  Anyone else running into this?
