it limited characters in post. I did about 18 million with about 4 million EBITDA this year. I have had steady growth over past five years. I am looking to raise about 10 to 20 million to consolidate portions of my industry. A biz broker said they would raise the money but wanted a 2 percent fee. I was thinking I could find a fractional CEO with IB ties who coukd do it for less, but maybe I am being naive?
If the financials are strong and you have some targets close to being under LOI, should be able to get you +/- $15mn in debt (probably bullet) and can charge below 2%. Is that of interest?
