Going to sound like a complete asshole in this post but whatever.
I swear these guys are legit close to useless. Take forever to respond to the simplest of requests, a big chunk are extremely rude and half the time they'll completely screw up what you asked for despite you providing very detailed requests. I promise I'm nothing but polite in emails I send to these guys or when I speak to them on the phone.
Well fuck it, the feeling is now mutual.
