Getting AMEX card (FT offer holder at top tier BB)
I have a return offer at a top tier American top tier BB firm (IBD). Will AMEX recognize my contract as a proof of income?
I probs don't qualify for other criteria.
Thanks!

Amex doesn't ask for income proof to begin with. The only people they recently started asking were people who missed payment. In those cases they'll probably expect you to provide a pay stub or something similar
Happy to shoot over a referral code via DM . Each of us get some bonus points I believe!
I’ve gotten 5 different credit cards and they just ask for income, but don’t ask proof of income.
What AMEX card? If you are a student I strongly recommend not getting a card with an annual fee.
I have the Amex Blue Cash Everyday and there is no annual fee.
I would've figured Isaiah was a Centurion Card holder! He always keeps us guessing.
I got a few credit cards during senior spring. As long as you put something reasonable ($150k and not $1.5 million) and have great credit, they will give it to you with no income verification
Credit score and history are very important though. If your only credit history is a $1k credit card from your bank, you're not going to get accepted for Amex Plat or probably even Gold. Apply for something you have a realistic shot at so you don't have an unnecessary hard pull on your credit report
Lie about ur income
They didn't check for mine. I have blue cash preferred and gold card
Only time a card I applied for that needed proof of income just wanted to see my signed offer letter with income and start date as proof (would you trust a random young 20 something with five digits worth of spending power without due diligence?). So I doubt you'd have to cough up consecutive paystubs or something. For instance all your income and employment status information is going to be autofed to Equifax by payroll every payperiod, including hiring/layoff events anyways so they'll be verifying regardless.
