Going from IB to Entrepreneurship

Is it still possible to go from IB to Entrepreneurship? It seems that technology is the future of startups and you absolutely need coding skills in order to build a successful company nowadays. Doesn't that provide a major advantage for people in SWE/SDE when compared to IB/PE?
