Agreed with MMB, I watched some of the hearings and while I was a bit aggravated at how greasy some of the testifying Goldman staff were with their language, I was more pissed at Levin's vitriolic and slanted attacks. He's informed, but only in the most dangerous way: just barely.
I watched the hearings, and Mr. Levin is an idiot when it comes to financial issues. That someone like him should be the head of that subcommittee is a reflection on just how shitty our government is.
It's like someone gave one of reddit's users-of-the-month a mic, panel, and platform to interrogate the banks from.
