Good or bad bonus/comp ... would you change jobs now during covid?
hey guys! It's bonus/comp time (or I'm sure other folks here are in the middle of it). Hearing from the senior managers in my team - might be bad for us ... multiple mentions of "manage your expectations".
With that in mind, I am sure people will jump ship and look for other roles. So question - would you guys look for other roles now? During the middle of covid? If you have switched roles recently, how was the transition? Was starting a new job in a work from home setting difficult?
