Yes, it's fundamentally Christian, but I have an athiest friend who was a MASSIVE addict (like a couple hours a day) and used it to quit so I'll always recommend it. It's very hard to do by yourself because pornography hijacks your system worse than anything besides maybe hyper-palatable foods. Godspeed man.

It's a Christian-based program but it's for anyone who needs help. I had a close friend who's athiest and used it to deal with his addition (I was his helper person who kept him honest/got alerted if he lapsed which is why I know about it) which had gotten way out of hand. We're talking 2+ hours a day of just watching pornography on his phone/laptop to the point it interfered with his full-time work. He's in a much better place and has progressed professionally in a noticeable way since he quit because that stuff is poison that seeps into every other aspect of your life when you're a heavy user, whether you realize it or not. Godspeed man.

I don't think you understand how difficult pornography has made life for Gen Z. Previous generations grew up largely without the internet, so a lot of their earliest sexual experiences were with actual people or with sexual content that wasn't as stimulating/readily available (magazines, porn DVDs, etc). This was not the case for Gen Z. Pornography is now so ubiquitous that I think it's 10x harder for men to have healthy, normal sexual lives than previously. Going through the discomfort of putting yourself out there and getting rejected by women is hard. Why bother doing this when anything you want to watch is just a click away? Internet pornography has broken this generation. It's like a drug epidemic except instead of overdoses, we get dysfunctional sex lives. I believe it's the single largest cause of the incel/male loneliness crisis.
