Grad School or Job?

So I am currently a Senior at a non-target and I'm starting to consider the GMAT and grad school or whether or not to enter the job market and start praying for some type of analyst program to get into. School loans are at the forefront of my concerns, but do I forego an MBA and sacrifice a potentially better job to start my career now, or what?

Where are you thinking of doing Grad School? What kind of job are you trying to get into? Being from a non-target as well, I went right into a job, only cause the market is so bad, and its better to have something than nothing. So i plan on going back to grad school in a little bit. It really depends on what type of job you'll get

You are just NOW considering looking for a job? That shit should've been on your mind months ago. Also, no decent MBA program will take you without a few years of quality full time work experience.

Under my tutelage, you will grow from boys to men. From men into gladiators. And from gladiators into SWANSONS.

I have to agree with Flake. Get yourself 2-4 years of work experience starting at the entry level and then make the decision to get your graduate degree. You might find out that within the industry you're working an MBA isn't even necessary or relevant to making your way up the food chain...
