Help Deciding Offers

Deciding between Shareholder Advisory IBD Analyst at a BB and Investment Banking Analyst (industry coverage) at a top MM.

For context I am trying to do either corporate development at a big company or maybe PE after an analyst stint. Which offer would give me a better footing for those exit opps? Would really appreciate any advice.

Join the MM. Don’t overthink it. You want to do CorpDev, traditional IB will get you there, shareholder advisory won’t get you there.
