I think it looks fantastic. Rarely do I see a forum with such good, clear, and aesthetically pleasing colors and overall look and feel. Hot damn.
One thing worries me a bit - where's the convenient "start discussion" button? I had to look for a bit to find one under my profile menu. At first I thought I'd been sniped for supporting the accounting major, but I guess not.

I think it looks very fresh.
One thing I don't like though is how much of the screen the drop down menus for "Reports" "Courses" "Services" etc takes up if I accidentally scroll over them.
Can be frustrating trying to select from the forum menu directly under, but accidentally graze "Community" and move my mouse all the way around the screen just to get the drop menu to go away without triggering any of the others.
When you're in a topic like this the Start Discussion button is bright green in the top right. Not sure why, maybe devs could provide some answers
And now that green button is missing from the forum list such as /RE or /IB. You have to go into a specific topic to see the green button to start a discussion.

The new look is just a little too sterile, white on white contrast. There needs to be an annonymous button for the power users to post real questions/answers so you can't tell who it would be. RE is small.

I love it. The WSO team has built out a lot of cool little unique features you don't see on other forums and everything feels fairly intuitive.
