How do I change company name on LinkedIn but keep logo?

I’ve seen this done on LinkedIn before. For example if you go to Patrick Curtis’ page, you can see he lists “University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School” but if you click on the page, it just says “The Wharton School.” How do you do that where you can change the name but still link it to the same school?

It only works on the desktop site and not the app. What you have to do is first type and select your company when editing or adding a job experience. Then click at the very end of the company name text and backspace to delete the text and type as you want it to appear. If the logo disappears while you’re doing this, you’ve screwed up and will need to start again. If not, you just need to save and the text you’ve manually typed should appear while retaining the logo.

Ok so I’m trying it on desktop and it doesn’t work. I click the company on the drop down list so it auto filled but if I backspace or edit any of the text, it removes the logo. I did move my cursor all the way to the end like you said.
