OP curious to know the type of bank you work at (BB/MM). I’m still in college but smoke. Used to be a daily stoner but have been slowly weaning myself off to completely sobriety. However I do plan to pick it back up, ideally keeping it to once a week, like a weekend treat. How do you manage smoking and staying productive? Also does your company not drug test regularly?

Legal here but don't smoke anymore. I find it effects my cognitive ability for at least the day after I smoke. It makes me feel retarded and slow even when I'm no longer high.

Went through a phase in college and quickly realized that it made me stupid and lazy. I’m not a neuroscientist but I can say with absolute certainty that it made my brain operate at like 60% speed.

The lingering taste and munchies were nasty. I was roomies with the biggest pothead in school for two years though and figured out how to build an awesome gravity bong. Hilariously, I never even used it, but by v.4 it got rave reviews.

The only difference between Asset Management and Investment Research is assets. I generally see somebody I know on TV on Bloomberg/CNBC etc. once or twice a week. This sounds cool, until I remind myself that I see somebody I know on ESPN five days a week.

Smoked some in college, don't smoke anymore bc I genuinely don't like the feeling. Also screw smoking if edibles or something like that are available. Smoking just fucks up my throat and lungs and makes me cough for days. Now the booger sugar tho.....

Smoked my way through college. Have had to naturally cut back due to working a lot, but wfh makes it easier if I feel like it.

Edibles and those vape pens are the way to go if you ask me. Smoking the flower is cool sometimes but it causes a ton of phlegm in my throat. Either way, I have yet to feel it stunt my performance at work. I actually smoke before I go work out. Lifting while high is actually one of the more peaceful things out there.
