Good question since I'm in the same boat apparently. So I'd like the same explanation for ourselves given the current spate of "comment removed by moderator" posts. I get it that we don't need hate speech, fraudelent comments, etc. And I totally agree. But my second strike was pointing out I got hit with the first strike pointing out the policies themselves!
I have also gotten 2 violations but have not once been informed as to specifically what was wrong with several of my posts/comments that were removed, and some of them were even restored later w/o explanation.
I have 13 potential violations, and 1 major violation (although unclear why the violation was major).
I'm still here.

oh, you mean the # of violations...yeah, that should not be visible - we'll hide it but yeah, looks like IncomingIBDreject is fine (to be fair we only started counting them more recently to allow us to track the members that create the most work).
I got those numbers from looking in my inbox messages. I also don't see the "Number of violations of this user" tag when I look at yours.
Why do you see the violation line? I do not see it for his profile.

Where did "under my belt" originate from?
There are certain systems in place that will auto-ban members if they have too many violations in a certain timeframe. We have banned more members in the last ~2-3 months with the policy changes but it's really only a handful and it's all been manual.
