How many years until I get a nice car

What the title says. How many years do I go through IB until I can afford a 2023 Mclaren GT. Anyone else have similar experiences with doing IB just purely out of greed and the possibility of a nice car?

Where do you work right now? Do you think you can get me a job even if you are just a first-year? My MD is being a bitch. he also has a mclaren and it's blue and i want it

Fwiw, I got a slightly used M8 during my 2nd year. My bonus was pretty substantial though averaged 400k all in first 2 years.

The McClaren GT is nice but not sure if it could be my only car. Luckily the M8 isn’t too bad to daily also a strong dealership network if there are problems. But man the potholes randomly popping up costing me at least 1k a year for new Michelins. Insurance is also 3k for me (which isn’t too bad for the year).

Once you get a nice car, you are always chasing something else and you get numb to it. I would just get something a bit more affordable but fun G80, RS5, slightly used M5. I’d rather just do chilling with the spending for now
