$1K, $5K, $10K, $20K? Large scale 5x7 feet or 3 x 9 foot triptych etc

few hundred. still love what i got from a gal in Newton Sq. PA a decade ago.  quality 42" and 70" pieces

The only difference between Asset Management and Investment Research is assets. I generally see somebody I know on TV on Bloomberg/CNBC etc. once or twice a week. This sounds cool, until I remind myself that I see somebody I know on ESPN five days a week.

I bought a painting at at a fundraiser. It was $247. It was a basic oil  of a Native American home-life scene. I gave it to my parents because I want to keep my deposit.

I probably won't spend over $500 on a piece but if I like it I'll pay what I can afford. I actually wanted to paint my own art so I can have it to my taste. I spent a good chunk of money on paints and supplies. Who knew you actually had to be able to draw in order to paint. I donated the supplied to Goodwill.
