How stupid are these mistakes? Am I cooked?

I’m an AN1 who started in MM PE about three weeks ago. I’ve already been staffed on my first deal, and I sent out a placeholder invite for IC. When it came time to attach the memo and update the invite, I accidentally left out the distribution email. As a result, the meeting appeared as canceled for those who were tentative, though it still showed up fine for everyone else who already had accepted. About four hours later, my manager (SVP) texted me to flag the issue. I then resent the invite to the distribution list, which I believe caused everyone (both accepted and tentative) to receive another invite.

I’ve been making silly mistakes like this in the past few weeks and I’m worried about how I’m being perceived.
