How to Actually Enjoy a Weekend

I've been bustin my ass at work these past few weeks, working into the late nights and every weekend. Today my boss actually told me to leave at 6pm and to enjoy my weekend and was like "go to the beach or something. get some r&r."

I haven't enjoyed a weekend since college. I don't even know if I can still have a normal social human interaction after being glued to my desk for so long. What the hell do I do now? I feel like I still have so much work to get done and should just work anyway.
