Well, I can't say I know an easy surefire way to do this, but if all you want is a piece of man-ass, there are three tried-and-true methods:

1: Be hot. Failing that...

2: Be rich. Failing that...

3: Say "Yes."

I promise you, you will get a guy.

Now can we go back to the more substantial questions?

if yes-- I think I know what you mean. I definitely notice how the male senior guys treat the younger male and female employees differently. besides obvious things like door holding... the younger male employees definitely get quizzed/grilled/hazed a lot more than girls.

I'm a girl-- so I have been wondering how to impress an older female employee. I think it's just good to talk about something you have in common.. that a person of the opposite sex cannot. i.e. I have seen male summer analysts CAPITALIZE on college football topics.
