I can't get an MBA because I can't get letters of rec

I don't know what to do. I'm stumped. I can go out and be a normal person, but I haven't been able to do that for the past year. I work a normal clock puncher job with a job that has clear and specific guidelines of what my duties are. I've job hopped because I haven't found the right place for me and that has also affected my ability to develop relationships. What am I going to do ask my boss of one year "Hey can you please recommend me for being good at following company procedures so I can get into grad school and leave before the end of my second year because I kind of hate my life working here?"

A brief tangent, you stone cold quiet people can make shit  very hard. I myself am 'introverted,' as you can tell by my title, but I'll be damned you people that keep your head down at work make it difficult to not be miserable at work. You know who you are. I've always been the "I'm here to work, not make friends type" but damn, some of you are cold blooded hardos.

I dug myself into a hole and need to find a way out. Covid has set me back at least two years now.

Go Hard or Go Home not giving up and dropping my benjamins or wasting time on a low ROI MBA. I can work it out, but I can't let things unfold naturally because of the covid situation impacting how we interact in our work and personal relationships.

You’re going to have to prove yourself / excel so it may take another 1-2 years at your current position to ask for them.

Also, you don’t mention once you’re WFH. If you’re getting face time, it should be easier to get the recommendations.
