I can’t TAKE IT ANYMORE

I’m so fcking over this job. The turning of stupid comments at 2AM. The rogue staffing on pointless projects with the underperforming MD that you know is going nowhere. The last minute 100 hr work week v64 pitch that were clearly going to lose. The staffer that literally will drown you unless you have a mental breakdown, I’m just so tired man. I know the job is hard but I’ve been as in seat from7:30AM to 2AM for like 5 days straight and I don’t event feel like my heart can take much more than this.

What am I doing wrong? I’m comfortably mid to top bucket but I just can never seem to get to point of recovery from the workload. I try to manage it with my staffer proactively but it doesn’t seem like there’s much he can do because things just move too fast / everyone else in the group is complaining too. Man help me out because the pace I’ve been moving the last couple months is really starting to take a toll.
