My apartment used to be perfect. Great place with awesome management. However, new asswipe management team took over around 7 months ago and everything went to shit. I can't get packages and the leasing office is full of rude assholes. They can't even get maintenance done correctly.
The last management was able to pile up a bunch of 5 star reviews on Yelp and Google Maps and now these incompetent fools are able to maintain a 4 star average despite numbers of new 1 star reviews that other residents have been leaving. I think this is very misleading and want to tell Yelp and Google Maps to take down these 5 star reviews as they no longer apply to the current management. I mean, the apartment complex even changed its freaking name.
I know this might sound a little petty but fck these guys. Also, let me know if there is anything else I can do to fck these guys without too much time commitment.

Well one way does come to mind. Do you know anyone with a lot of followers on Insta/Snapchat? If so, have them post a video telling their followers to leave 1-Star yelp/google reviews. That will quickly drive the rating down.
If you don't have any "public figure" friends, then the other option is to hire a team out in India to leave bad internet reviews. I've heard of several companies that offer this...... They literally have call center like offices dedicated to offering social media management services.
