i think my body is breaking...

i'm SO tired. no matter how much adderall i take, i still feel the physical sensation of complete and total exhaustion. all i want to do is lay down but i have an important obligation in 40 minutes. i sniffed a few lines of heroin and i feel a bit better but this diminished the intense energy / motivation from the adderall... so i'm wondering if i should take more but i absolutely hate the feeling of being overly wired.

this upcoming obligation is only about two hours but god i feel like i'm on the verge of collapse. actually not really but my brain kind of hurts :/ can someone bully me into getting my shit together? thanks. much appreciated.

What kind of hours are you working? Maybe take an hour nap.

Honestly, man, you're playing with fire mixing all that stuff. I know you're struggling, but more Adderall or anything else won't fix that exhaustion  it'll probably just make things worse in the long run. Maybe power through this obligation with what you’ve got left, but after that, you seriously need to rest. You don't have to be a superhero today. Take care of yourself.

The trick is to make the body take a break. Taper off the adderall. Workout, have a good meal. Then when you are on the brink of falling asleep, take an adderall or whatever your upper of choice is, then take a nap for 1hr and when you wake up you'll be juiced. I'm a big advocate of massive amounts of green tea. It is a constant flow of hydration and energy.

hmm. this is a really good idea. that way, i can get a bit of sleep before the adderall takes full effect and waking up motivated / ready to work would be pretty sick as well. thanks dude :)

Yeah it is actually a trick by Ultra runners when they embark on long 100mi - 250mi runs and they need a quick nap as their body is pushed to failure. I saw a guy who ran across the country (coast to coast) and he would take these naps everyday and call them "nappucinos." They take a nap and right before they fall asleep they take caffeine gels or caffeine and when they get up, they are ready to go. It is important during this time to get deep sleep. Deep sleep is the rejuvenating sleep.

Yeah I'm just wondering where does a random person get Heroin? Seems like a sketchy transaction.

Seems like a bullshit, made up story from the OP

everything on the street is fentanyl + RC “opioids” so i buy exclusively off the dark web. even then, it took some trial and error and the 2 week delivery time isn’t ideal.

heroin carries some negative connotations and i probably shouldn’t have included that detail in my original post but it boosts my productivity and keeps me from getting obsessive so… why not?

Feel like it makes sense that doing heroin and Adderall would leave your body not feeling good

Adderall And Heroin | Mixing Amphetamine And Heroin (addictionresource.net)

"Adderall and heroin may be mixed together because each helps counteract the negative effects of the other drug. This is because Adderall stimulates the central nervous system and heroin depresses it.

If a person is struggling with insomnia and anxiety from taking too much Adderall, they might use heroin to help them calm down and sleep better at night. In turn, if a high dose of heroin has made someone feel lethargic and weak, they might use Adderall to give them energy and motivation."

yep. adderall by itself actually hinders my productivity because my anxiety tends to override any sense of motivation or focus. i'll become obsessive, find myself in all sorts of thought loops, and it's just not a good scene at all. when combined with heroin, however, that anxiety subsides and i'm left with this euphoric, high energy feeling. every task seems manageable.
